Parts included with each rail
Every single rail comes with one multi-sided connector.
Adding a fourth rail to a 3-sided set
If you're completing a four-sided enclosure, you may find yourself one connector short at the final corner. This is normal — it isn't a missing part. Just get in touch and we'll organise an extra one for you.
Replacement parts
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, it's covered by our 12-month warranty.
To help us send the right part first time, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo with the faulty part clearly visible (circling it helps)
- Which set and size you have
Rod lengths
The rails aren't a single length of tubing — each rail is made up of several rods that join together. A 200cm rail, for example, is assembled from multiple shorter rods.
If you need a replacement rod, a measurement of the damaged one helps us match it exactly. If you can't remove it to measure, a clear photo showing its position in the assembly is usually enough.
Lost parts
If you've misplaced screws, connectors or other small parts — it happens, particularly when moving house — email us and we'll sort you out.
